It’s been such an honour to capture this really special, intimate moment with this beautiful lady’s maternity portrait. I’m really happy with how it’s turned out and hope that I can do the same for more loving mothers to be in the future.

Every time I draw or paint a portrait of someone I feel a real connection to them as I spend a good amount of time looking at the emotion and character on their face and how they hold their body. I feel like I can get a real sense of their personality and what they’re feeling in the moment. This was my first maternity portrait and I found it such a tender moment between a mother and her unborn child. It really moved me. I was lucky to have such a gorgeous model who posed so elegantly showing the tenderness and strength of the pregnant female form. Thank you so much Montahna. You are going to be an amazing mother.
